How do I access my account?
To access your DMCI account, follow these steps.
- In the top right of this page (on desktop) or the dropdown of the mobile menu (on mobile, tap the three horizontal lines, then tap "login") click the words "My Account". You will be directed to the Sonar login page where you will need to enter your account credentials.
- Enter your username or email address associated with your DMCI Broadband account into the appropriate fields and press enter.
- You will be redirected to the Sonar main menu, all information associated with your internet service will be accessable from this menu.
In case you encounter any difficulties during the login process, such as forgotten password or username, you can "Recover username or reset password" on the login page. Clicking on this will guide you through the account recovery process, allowing you to reset your password or retrieve your username via email.
